About FrixXxion Return & Refund Policy

At About FrixXxion, every order is handled with precision and care. Due to the intimate nature of our products, strict hygiene standards apply.

All intimate apparel and personal-use items are final sale and not returnable. This includes items such as lingerie, bodysuits, bras, underwear, and any product that comes into contact with sensitive areas of the body and/or bodily fluids. These products are considered non-resalable for safety reasons.

Exceptions are limited to defective items or incorrect items shipped. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours for defects or 72 hours for fulfillment errors. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, opened items, or sale items. Approved resolutions may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
